Text messages
PB Heart can text you about the pickleball you are actually signed up for: when your court is ready, when a match is assigned to you, and to let you report your score from the court.
Texts are off unless you turn them on
We do not text you because you gave us a phone number. Every text message from PB Heart requires you to opt in first, and you can opt out at any time. We never sell or share your phone number. PB Heart does not text you marketing of its own; a facility can text you its news, updates and offers only if you turn on texts from that facility yourself.
How to opt in
Sign in and go to Settings. Under Text messages, enter your mobile number and tick the consent box. The box is empty until you tick it yourself. This is the wording you are agreeing to:

How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will not text that number again. You can also turn texts off in Settings. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@pbheart.com.
What the messages look like
- PB Heart: Court 4 is ready for your 6:30pm match vs Chen/Diaz. Head over now. Reply STOP to opt out.
- PB Heart: Report your score for Court 4 (6:30pm): [link]. Reply STOP to opt out.
Texts from facilities you belong to
A pickleball facility that runs on PB Heart can text its members news, updates and offers, such as court closures, new programs and events. These texts are separate from the texts about your own events, and each facility needs its own opt-in. Belonging to a facility does not opt you in.
To opt in, sign in and go to Settings. First turn on Text messages and confirm your number. Then, under Texts from your facilities, tick the box for the facility and choose Turn on texts from it. The box is empty until you tick it yourself. This is the wording you are agreeing to, with the facility's name in it:
I agree to receive text messages from [Facility name] through PB Heart, including news, updates and offers, at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
A facility text looks like this:
- [Facility name] via PB Heart: Courts 3 and 4 are closed Saturday morning for resurfacing. Morning league moves to courts 5 and 6. Reply STOP to opt out.
To stop one facility's texts, turn them off in Settings. Replying STOP to any text from PB Heart, including a facility's, stops every text from PB Heart to that number.
Frequency, rates and carriers
Message frequency varies with how much you play — a typical league night is a handful of messages. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
